50 ChatGPT Prompts for Small Business Owners (Tested, Not Generated)

Most "ChatGPT prompts for small business" lists read like they were generated by the exact tool they're teaching you to use, vague, interchangeable, no fingerprints of a real business on them. These 50 aren't that. Every one of them is a prompt I've run for actual client work, actual emails, actual reports. Copy the ones that match a task on your plate this week.

A direct answer first: a good small-business prompt names the audience, the constraint, and the format you want back. "Write a marketing email" gets you filler. "Write a 120-word email to past clients announcing our new hours, warm but brief, one call to action" gets you something you can send.
