Key Builds AI is a brand operated by Key's Touch LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit keybuilds.ai. Our software products have their own privacy policies where they collect data beyond what is described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly:

• Newsletter signup: your email address
• Service intake forms: name, email address, company name, the service you are interested in, timeline, and any project details you include
• Email: anything you send to key@keybuilds.ai

Information collected automatically: usage data such as IP address, browser type, referring URLs, and pages visited, collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics cookies.

2. How we use your information

• Respond to inquiries and service requests
• Send the newsletter you signed up for (you can unsubscribe from any issue, and we never sell your email)
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve it
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site:

• Beehiiv — newsletter delivery
• Notion — service request tracking
• Google — Tag Manager and Analytics
• Vercel — website hosting

We may also disclose information when required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Data retention

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Service intake submissions are retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, request a portable copy, and opt out of marketing at any time. We extend these rights to all US residents. California residents additionally have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell personal information), without discrimination.
